MissionLa Maisonnée was created in 1979 to help new immigrants and their families settle, adapt and integrate into Quebec. It was not only a question of establishing a new service for the immigrant population, but of establishing a relationship between the members of the host society and people of immigrant origin, ensuring enriched community relations, characterized by the respect, justice, a sense of dialogue and solidarity. This is the essence of La Maisonnée's mission to make every resident, old, new or by birth a full citizen.
