Mission
Héberjeune's mission is to provide temporary accommodation as well as ongoing supervision to young adults aged 18 to 25 who are in difficulty and who need help to facilitate their social integration.Services
Accomodation
26 apartments for single young people and 7 apartments for young parents.
Psychosocial accompaniment
Support for young families : this project is for young parents between the ages of 18 and 25 who live in Parc-Extension and who are at risk because of their young age, isolation, poverty situation or any other condition that could become a risk factor for the development of their child(ren).
Employment support and training
- Service Spécialisé Jeune is an Emploi Québec measure intended for young people between the ages of 18-30. This service aims to meet the needs of young people who face significant obstacles to employment , under-education, frequent periods of unemployment, social and community isolation, delinquency problems, etc.
- Youth integration (Youth on the move towards employment) : intensive training paid at minimum wage for young people who are far from the labour market. This program aims to integrate them into the labour market in a sustainable way.
Drug prevention
- Services to homeless people in the neighbourhood for harm reduction related to drug use.
- Services to homeless people in the neighbourhood for harm reduction related to drug use.
