Mission

The "Comité d'action de Parc-Extension" (CAPE) works to improve the housing conditions of vulnerable residents in terms of housing in the Parc-Extension neighborhood. Their purpose is promoting better housing conditions, and protecting tenant rights.

Legal information and assistance

• Information and support for Parc-Extension residents on all questions concerning the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords.
• One-on-one meetings in the office, or by phone.
• Help with application, housing visits, and support with Régie du Logement.
