Mission

The Collectif juridique is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide access to justice for individuals who do not qualify for legal aid and cannot afford the services of a lawyer.

Services

Our Parc-Extension service point is open every Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in room 314A at 7000 Avenue du Parc (in the offices of Ressource Action-Alimentation), by appointment.

Free legal consultations

We offer free legal consultations with lawyers and law students in various fields, including housing law, immigration law, labor law, and civil law.

Social and legal support

We offer socio-legal support for court hearings, filing a police complaint, or attending a legal aid appointment. A psychosocial worker or a law student can accompany you to provide moral and technical support.

Psychosocial support

Since legal issues rarely come alone, we offer psychosocial support to help you navigate various challenges and find coherent, tailored solutions for your situation.
